GAGING AND SORTING MACHINE :

Amolik Precision manufactures Gaging and Sorting machines in two models. 1. GS-300 2. GS-500 Reliable and proven technology is employed in designing this automatic machine which is fast & accurate in operation. The machine is developed for grading, Segregating and Sorting of various components viz., Steel Balls, Bearing rollers & Rings, Needles, IC's contact pins, Thrust-washers, Circlips, Bushes, etc.

FLAT LAPPING MACHINES :

Flat Lapping machines are used for improving the surface finish and parallelism of components. They are available in various sizes of lapping disc from 300 mm dia to1500 mm dia to suit small to large production requirement. Special machines are available for lapping very thin components (Thickness less than 0.5 mm). In conventional machines thin components usually come out from the conditioning rings during lapping.
